Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items returned without meeting these conditions may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear


Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us through the Site with your order number and reason for return.

Do not send items back without prior approval, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photos or additional information to resolve the issue.

If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company or payment provider

  • If the issue persists, contact us through the Site


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, please contact us for assistance.


Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).


International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes. These charges are non-refundable.
